    About “Operation: Married by Christmas”:
Right from the outset Debra Clopton’s story is a fun-loving book, but in “Operation: Married by Christmas”, it is the deeper matters of the heart that Will and Haley must face. While there’s humor, there’s also a wonderful level of tenderness – a feeling of coming home – that makes this book complete.

Counting my Blessings!

Yesterday I sent off the proposal for my 23rd book to my editor. YAY! Always good to send something out the door. And I did this from my son’s home where I am spending a couple of weeks, helping them get settled in a new town. That means I’m getting to have special time with my beautiful granddaughter…I am so blessed to have my family and a career that allows me to take my computer and work and go.

This is the cover of my April book, HER LONE STAR COWBOY. I hope you’ll be on the look out for it in stores at the end of the March!

Hi Deb, Boy are you getting those books out! Way to go! We never thought this would happen, did we. Congratulations. I’ve finally gotten two books accepted (with contracts yet). Hopefully, more to follow.
    Keep in touch.
    I think of you often.

Debra, I am a voracious reader of yours, as well as many other types of books. I believe the Christian romance and suspense novels hit so close to home wih both men and women alike. In your newest Mule Hollo book “Her Lone Star Cowboy” you hit real close to home. As a police officer, now sergeant, I work with drunk drivers every night. I was nearly killed in 1997 by a drunk driver, so I know first hand the physical and mental heartache. I have started a few books myself, but seem I get “stuck” at times. My first one, with the most promise at the moment, deals with a homicide, forgiveness, and a coming back to God by many different folks in the book. I’d appreciate your added prayers. I just want to touch lives with my books…

    Thank you.
